Important: This notice informs visitors to tdaimarketing.hu and people who contact us through the website. When you use our marketing services, client and project data may also be governed by a separate agreement and — where required — a data processing agreement.

2. Data processed and purposes

When you use the website or get in touch, the following processing may occur:

Contact form (Formspree): name, email, website/brand (optional), message — quote requests, contact, customer service.
Website chatbot / messaging: text you submit and — if provided — contact details — replies, quote preparation.
Phone enquiries: caller number and information shared on the call — contact, quoting.
Email: sender address, subject, message content — administration, quoting.
Technical logs (hosting / CDN): IP address, browser type, timestamp, pages viewed — security, debugging, statistics.
Marketing measurement (Google Ads / gtag): cookies and event data (e.g. page views, conversions) — ad performance, remarketing.
Meta Pixel (Facebook): cookies and event data (e.g. PageView) — Meta ad measurement, remarketing.

3. Legal basis (GDPR Article 6)

Contact and quote requests: steps at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b)) and/or legitimate interest — handling business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Pre-contractual steps: quoting, scheduling (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Marketing measurement (Google, Meta): consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) where cookies or trackers require it; limited statistical measurement under legitimate interest.
Security and logging: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Processors (third parties)

The controller may use the following providers:

Formspree — contact form delivery (Formspree privacy policy)
Google Ireland Limited — Google Ads / Analytics / gtag (Google privacy policy)
Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — Meta Pixel (Meta privacy policy)
Hosting provider — website operation, log files (actual provider name may be recorded in the quote / contract)

Transfers to third countries (e.g. the USA) may occur when using the services above, under the safeguards those providers apply (e.g. data protection frameworks, contractual clauses).

5. Cookies

Alongside cookies necessary for the site to function, marketing and analytics cookies may be placed via Google Ads (gtag) and Meta Pixel.

Purpose: measure traffic, record conversions, evaluate ad effectiveness.
Control: cookies can be deleted or blocked in your browser; measurement may then work partially or not at all.

A cookie banner is recommended if marketing measurement should rely on consent — we can discuss this during web development.

6. Retention periods

Contact messages: usually 2 years if no client relationship forms; as a client, up to 5 years or as required by accounting / legal obligations.
Contract / invoicing data: as required by law (e.g. accounting documents: 8 years).
Marketing measurement data: per Google / Meta settings (typically months to years, in anonymised / statistical form).
Server logs: typically 30–90 days.

7. Your rights

You may request from the controller:

access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing,
data portability (where applicable),
objection to processing based on legitimate interest,
withdrawal of consent (withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing).

8. Data security

The controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures (e.g. HTTPS encryption, access control, password-protected admin areas, reliable hosting) to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, alteration or deletion.

9. Minors

The website and services are not intended for persons under 16. If we become aware of data from a minor, we will delete it.

10. Changes to this notice

The controller may update this notice. The current version is always available on this page. Where appropriate, material changes will also be indicated on the website.
